Anyone caught attempting to sell or transfer their race entry/bib to another person/participant, pick up another person's/participant's race entry/bib, or participate in a race using another participant's race entry/bib, will have said race entry/bib cancelled and/or revoked, be disqualified, and be removed from the race without refund and may be barred from registering for future runDisney events. Sale, trade and/or transfer of race entry/bib number is strictly prohibited and may result in the disqualification of and/or banning of offenders from participating at future events. Race registrations and bibs are non-transferable between individuals, between event weekends, and to events that have reached capacity/sold-out. Event merchandise purchased is subject to Sales Tax. A 6.6% Processing Fee will apply to all purchases except for donations. Registration fees, donations, event merchandise, special events, and any other race related purchases are non-refundable. Each participant must be able to complete the 5K on his or her own.Īll participants must provide accurate information when filling out the event registration. Participants for a 5K race must be 5 years of age or older.
In the event these Terms and Policies directly conflict with the applicable foregoing Disney Interactive Terms of Use, these Terms and Policies will prevail. These Terms and Policies apply in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Disney Interactive Terms of Use found here. RunDisney virtual races are marketed by Disney Destinations, LLC d/b/a runDisney.
